Price Further Reduced Jan 2022 – Now £10,000
In spring 2015 C44 Janice completed a total restoration with boat builder Rob Maloney, who undertook a complete restoration to bring the boat back to outstanding condition for owner Richard Austin. Sadly Richard has been unable to race or even launch her for personal reasons and now seeks a new owner who can enjoy the boat and race her to her full potential.
During the restoration all fittings and equipment replaced or rebuilt including a stainless steel rudder blade. She has the normal inventory of equipment as per class rules plus an over boom cockpit cover
The mast is second hand but in good condition having been obtained from Brian Walker after he upgraded White Magic’s mast, plus she has a new boom and spinnaker pole.
She comes with a set of working sails (again purchased second hand from White Magic) but would need new sails for serious racing.

Since completing restoration the boat has not been afloat and has been stored undercover.
In total Richard has spent in the order of £23,000 on the boat but she is now very competitively priced at £10,000 as he is very keen to find her a good owner and see her out racing with the main fleet. A road trailer is also available at extra cost if required.
